Summary
Culture & Expertise covers three things: the values and norms of the company (Culture), how actively people engage with the work and each other (Team Engagement), and the depth of specialised know-how on the team (Expertise).
Why it matters
Culture is what people do when no one is watching. Engagement is what they do on Monday morning. Expertise is what they do when something non-routine happens. Weak scores here show up as turnover, slow decisions, and repeated mistakes.
